I’m Jennifer, a Registered Dental Hygienist with 20+ years of clinical experience and a Master’s of Science in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. I spent two decades watching chronic inflammation show up in the oral cavity first in periodontal disease, tissue breakdown, persistent patterns that scaling alone couldn’t fix. 

So, I went back to school. And then I built what didn’t exist.

Beyond the Bite Wellness is my answer to the gap in dental education: a platform for dental professionals who want to understand the oral-systemic-nutritional connection at a clinical level and apply it chairside.

And for individual clients ready to address the root causes of inflammation, fatigue, gut dysfunction, and chronic symptoms with a practitioner who sees the full picture.
